| Resumo: | The objectives of this study were: to know how to develop the practice of risk rating in the Brazilian reality from the scientific literature; meet the inclusion of nurses in risk rating from the Brazilian scientific production. This study consists of an integrative literature review. The search of data occurred during the month of September 2015 in the following databases: Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (Medline), and the Latin American and Caribbean Information Sciences Health (LILACS). "ACADEMIC GOOGLE". They found 9,874 articles and selected 33 for analysis. The results were organized in 04 catgegorias: Risk classification as assistance qualifier; organization's risk rating; weaknesses in the functioning of credit rating and nurse's performance in risk classification. We conclude that the risk rating qualifies assistance in emergency services; there are many difficulties for the operation of credit rating and that the nurse has established itself as a professional with technical and legal competence to carry out the risk assessment. |
