Descrição
Resumo:This monograph is a result of scientific initiation research held at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) entitled “The Poetic of the Elements and the Epistemologies of the South”, and focuses on an investigation of epistemologies of the south in their relationship with a scene and with intercultural knowledges from the methodological practice developed by the UFRN Arkhétypos Theater Group. Proposing a cut in central theme the present work seeks to investigate how the relationship between leisure and pleasure can mark the construction of a creative process. In the light of the Poetics of the Elements and the “Dramaturgy of Encounters” (HADERCHPEK, 2016) – artistic creation procedures of the Arkhétypos Theater Group at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte –, and taken as a written reference of the elements of Gaston Bachelard (2013), the Epistemologies of the South, the basis of study by Boaventura de Sousa Santos (2009), and the concept of Creative Leisure by Domenico de Masi (2000), the “Tempo” process emerges as a practical result of this research.
