It’s the intention to introduce this artist and use his work The Power of Theatrical Madness as a base for I can dismember the features of Jan Fabre’s artwork. The Power of Theatrical Madness is a specific work, however its critical analysis turns out to reveal Fabre’s modus operandi as a whole. I notice this study was only the precursor of a research, which will grow up and germinate through the dialogues already achieved with the Troubelyn (Jan Fabre´s group) and it will produce exchanges, specially, in the understanding that the borders between arts less and less will be broken. O presente trabalho vislumbra compreender as metamorfoses sofridas no teatro a partir da ótica das produções do artista belga Jan Fabre. Entendendo que teatro performativo seria esse lugar entre o teatro e a performance, onde um percebe no outro a capacidade de germinação. É intenção, apresentar esse artista e utilizar como base a obra The Power of Theatrical Madness, onde procuro desmembrar características do trabalho artístico de Fabre. Trata-se de uma obra específica, mas cuja análise crítica acaba por denunciar o modus operandi de Fabre como um todo.
