It is in this result that we find increasing numbers of overworked professionals and degrading working conditions, which shows the precariousness of journalism. The intensification of work, low wages and class disunity, characterized by the low adhesion of professionals to unions in the category, are determining factors in this process. Thinking about it, this work seeks to understand the different faces of this precariousness and understand how it happens. As a way of simplifying and presenting the results of this work, we developed a podcast, in order to facilitate this understanding and, thus, reach a larger audience, in addition to generating in the journalistic class the search for greater union. The podcast is becoming an increasingly important tool in the world of communication. The absence of rules and the simplified form in the production, has guaranteed to this format a great adhesion, be it by the listeners or the producers of this type of content. Based on theorists who study communication, we developed this experiment with the participation of professionals through interviews on the digital platform Google Meeting. Cada vez mais o mercado exige um profissional multifacetado, realizando diversas funções quase que simultaneamente. É neste resultado que encontramos em números crescentes profissionais sobrecarregados e em condições degradantes de trabalho, o que evidencia a precarização do jornalismo. A intensificação do trabalho, os baixos salários e a desunião de classe, caracterizada pela baixa adesão dos profissionais aos sindicatos da categoria, são fatores determinantes nesse processo. Pensando nisso, este trabalho busca compreender as diversas faces dessa precarização e entender as maneiras como elas acontecem. Como forma de simplificar e apresentar os resultados deste trabalho, desenvolvemos um podcast, com o intuito de facilitar esse entendimento e, dessa forma, alcançar um maior público, além de gerar na classe jornalística a busca de uma maior união. O podcast vem se tornando cada vez mais uma ferramenta importante no mundo da comunicação. A ausência de regras e a forma simplificada na produção, tem garantido a esse formato uma grande adesão, seja por parte dos ouvintes ou dos produtores desse tipo de conteúdo.
