Resumo: | This work uses the critical genre as an indispensable tool for cultural journalism. In this sense, the research aims to discover why film criticism does not receive space in the cultural sections of the hegemonic newspapers in Natal, through the existence of the Rio Grande do Norte Film Critics Association, composed in part by trained journalists . To achieve the proposed objectives, the theoretical foundation is based on Discourse Analysis, based on the precepts established by Eni P. Orlandi (2001). Part of the research focuses on data collection through the monitoring of portals and a questionnaire applied to people who like cinema. The other part occurred with the analysis of the speeches of the publishers of the cultural notebooks of the hegemonic newspapers, acquired through interviews. With this, we seek ideological characteristics that make up the media identity of companies. |
