Resumo:The “COVID-19” pandemic devastated the world in such a way that we had to change our lives radically, as social and professional activities. Given this whole scenario, the work in question has as its main objective to demonstrate how the fight against the virus took place in the socioeducational context, in the school environment, in the figure of the manager and his entire work team, observing the strategies and difficulties, highlighting its posture and that of its allies, and how this was of paramount importance for the development of education in the pandemic period. The structure of this study is divided into sub-themes related to the figure of the school manager, and the educational organization and how they built strategies and overcame the challenges posed by the corona virus, where the analysis of this work came through an interview with the manager in question, seeking the understanding of managing in the delicate moment of global public health, with really alarming dimensions, bringing to us the reality of public.
