Resumo: | Information technology has enabled organizations to improve the quality of services
through data access and security of information. The Brazilian dairy sector has
undergone several changes since the 1990s, leading to increased competitiveness
among capturing companies, leading producers to seek professionalization in milk
production, improving milk quality and acquiring good agricultural practices. Within
the farm, one of the notable improvements is that many products have implemented
management systems that make it possible to manage dairy production and
productivity. Faced with this problem, the purpose of this Course Completion
Document is to present the development of an information system with the purpose
of performing the customer registration and milk analysis requests. Among its
requirements, this system should be able to manage the creation and issuance of the
request report and generate QRCodes for milk samples in order to improve the
organization of the Milk Quality Lab (Laboleite). This work was evaluated using a tool
called Attrakdiff, which evaluated the pragmatic, hedonic and attractive quality of the
application. |
