| Resumo: | This monograph deals with the Military Colleges of Brazil - CM, with a specific approach in the administrative and pedagogical organization of these educational institutions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the main factors that justify the good education offered by the Brazilian Army - EB, based on the analysis of the organizational and pedagogical characteristics of the CM, with the main reference being the performance of these institutions in the 2017 IDEB. a study was carried out using the methodology of bibliographical and documentary research in the legislation that regulates the CM and the Military College System of Brazil - SCMB, as well as the Brazilian education, as well as an approach based on data collection related to the SCMB teaching. From the data collection and the research, we construct the considerations about the education of the CM, in order to render our collaboration with the Brazilian education. Based on this study, the understanding that the quality education offered by CM is a result of the administrative and pedagogical organization of the SCMB, as well as factors related to the physical structure of institutions, technological resources, appreciation of teachers, respect for the civic values of Brazilian society and remoteness of cultural Marxism. |
