Resumo:This study aims to understand the relationship between people management and organizational climate analysis made in a travel agency. The paper presents contextualization about the practices and policies of people management entering the organizational climate factor. The research is characterized as descriptive, qualitative, and to identify the climate was used semi-structured interview script. It was intended to identify which policies and practices of people management found in the chosen agency and how they are understood by the employees. The collected data were analyzed with emphasis on recruitment and selection, training and development, performance evaluation, compensation and recognition and it was concluded that the organizational climate is currently satisfactory with possibilities for improvements in the employee recognition sector.
