It is in this dimension that this article focuses, the participation of the church and the city hall, the dialogue with religious tourism in public management and the impasses with the church in the management of attractions, its results for the economy and the promotion of activity in the municipality and region. . This issue is relevant to the public management of tourism and academia, since this dynamic is present in religious tourist destinations. Thus, the proposed methodology for conducting the research was qualitative, aiming to obtain a wealth of details in the questions raised during the application of the questionnaire, even if remotely. In the dialogue developed by the researcher, it was found that it is necessary that both managers of municipal attractions are in constant alignment with the demands and promotion of them, with this, transparency in the transfer of information is present in this partnership. However, greater community involvement is needed to foster activity in the municipality.
