Resumo:Brazil has been facing a series of crises (economic, social, political and health) in recent years. In 2019 a new virus was diagnosed in the Wuhan region, China, being transmitted between humans, causing various symptoms to the body. This series of events directly affects tourism and the means of accommodation in several countries. This study aims to analyze the quality in hotels of renowned brands based on the health security protocols adopted in the pandemic of COVID-19. This is a descriptive study of qualitative approach in which information was collected from the protocols in the Accor Live Limitless, Atlantica Hotels and Nacional Inn hotel chains. For analysis of the results, the AIDA method was applied on the official websites of the networks analyzed. The results showed the existence of these health protocols with measures to prevent and combat the Covid-19 pandemic for guests and employees.
