description It aims to analyze approaches of Federal Law n. 12.982/2014 in the implementation of the National School Feeding Program (PNAE) from an integrative literature review based on the Theses and Dissertations Catalog of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CTD/Capes). Initially, it brings a brief contextualization of school meals for Student with Special Food Needs (ANAE) based on academic literature and legal framework. It then addresses national research findings on NAE based on theses and dissertations. It is exploratory research of the bibliographic type through an integrative review. There is a lack of research on management processes in compliance with the legal framework. In any case, the surveys analyzed make it possible to identify deficiencies in the monitoring by control agencies and society and, also, insufficiency in the national approaches to the performance of public-school managers and society (especially school community) in view of the demands of students from the NAE group. The results show that the decentralization of the management processes of the National School Feeding Program to the scopes of municipal and state/district management allows the implementation of processes to assist students with NAE in public schools in Brazil at all levels, however, the measure requires political decision, involvement of schools with the theme and social and technical controls in order that Student's with Special Food Needs (ANAE) can be their right guaranteed.

Tem como objetivo analisar abordagens da Lei Federal n. 12.982/ 2014 na implantação do Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar (PNAE) a partir de revisão integrativa da literatura com base no Catálogo de Teses e Dissertações da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CTD / Capes). Inicialmente, traz breve contextualização da alimentação escolar para Aluno com Necessidades Alimentares Especiais (ANAE) com base na literatura acadêmica e no arcabouço legal. Em seguida, aborda resultados da pesquisa nacional sobre NAE com base em teses e dissertações. Trata-se de pesquisa exploratória do tipo bibliográfica por meio de revisão integrativa. Há escassez de pesquisa sobre processos de gestão em conformidade com o marco legal. De qualquer forma, os levantamentos analisados permitem identificar deficiências no monitoramento dos órgãos de controle e da sociedade e, também, insuficiência nas abordagens nacionais sobre a atuação dos gestores das escolas públicas e da sociedade (comunidade escolar em particular) frente às demandas dos alunos do grupo NAE.
