| Resumo: | The actions of unbridled economic activities exploit nature and cause numerous environmental and social problems. Thus, this course conclusion work has as its main objective to make a general approach on the Environmental Question and the “Social Question”, the consequences of the disorderly actions of the economic development from the 1990s until today and its implications in Rio Grande do Norte. Looking to analyze the implications of the capitalist economic model, the expressions of the Environmental and Social Question in Brazil, in the world, and especially in the state of RN. This study is characterized as a bibliographic documental research, with a qualitative approach. In which, it seeks to show that the current economic development causes the progressive destruction of the environment. |
