Resumo:The present study presents the results of the evaluation of the bathing conditions of urban beaches of Natal / RN, Praia do Forte, Meio, Artistas, Areia Preta, Maiami and Mãe Luiza; And the evaluation of the influence of the presence of clandestine sewage on the beaches, associated to precipitation, in the quality of the pest water for the period from June 2016 to May 2017. To obtain them precipitation of EMPARN and the quantity of galleries obtained when visiting each of the beaches under study. With these data, comparative analyzes were created to verify if the concentration of thermotolerant coliforms obtained have oscillations in agreement with a precipitation or with the number of galleries standard. However, the results were not favorable to the hypothesis and therefore, a correlation was verified that is variable and calculated the Pearson coefficient, which demonstrate that the concentration of thermotolerant coliforms associated with only one of the variables, have no correction. However, it was verified that as abrupt rises in concentration may be associated with the influence of the direction of sea corrections and tidal conditions and conditions. Because according to a location of the galleries and collection points of the Agua Azul Program, it is believed that these factors, associated as well as studied, are the most aware of the sudden increases in concentrations of thermotolerant coliforms.
