| Resumo: | The subject of this monograph was chosen due to the necessity for more multifunctional areas in Natal, which should operate all day long. The focus is the development of a multifunctional building project that involves commercial, service and leisure utilities. The main intention of this work is the building generates traffic of people to your surroundings and also economic activity in the neighborhood. It will be possible with its full operation on all shifts of the day and providing diversified activities that brings different customers from distinct neighborhoods. Whole work always with the concern to provide the comfort for users and the neighborhood as from acoustic comfort studies to prevent the emission of unwanted noise from the building. |
