Its objective is to elaborate a polyclinic draft that serves disabled and neurological ill children, a not so explored group on this state, whose demand is increasing lately due to microcephaly cases associated to zyka virus. The institution will be built in São Gonçalo do Amarante, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. The proposal is focused on the creation of humanized spaces, with the understanding that a welcoming environment can minimize the impacts caused by treatment. Therefore, besides bibliographical revision about the theme, this text presents data about the target audience’s needs, the main standards that guide this kind of project and reference studies in similar equipment. This work takes into account legal, bioclimatic and programmatic conditions that support the way taken by this document to do things. Finally, the building is presented, occupying a 7,020.00 m2 batch, with a construction area of 4,449.30 m2, distributed in four floors, fitting like a puzzle, generating big landscaped leisure areas. Este trabalho final de graduação tem como temática a arquitetura hospitalar voltada ao público infantil com ênfase no conceito da humanização. Seu objetivo é elaborar o anteprojeto de uma policlínica que atenda crianças com doenças neurológicas e deficiências físicas, área ainda pouco explorada no Estado, e que cuja demanda vem aumentando nos últimos meses em decorrência dos casos de microcefalia associados ao zyka vírus. A instituição será implantada no município de São Gonçalo do Amarante, RN. A proposta está centrada na concepção de espaços físicos humanizados, entendendo-se que um ambiente acolhedor pode minimizar os impactos causados pelo tratamento. Para tanto, além de revisão bibliográfica sobre o tema da humanização do ambiente físico, o texto apresenta estudos das necessidades do público alvo, as principais normas que orientam este tipo de projeto e estudos de referência em equipamentos semelhantes. A proposta em si toma como base o reconhecimento das condicionantes legais, bioclimáticas e programáticas, que fundamentam o conceito e o partido adotados.
