| Resumo: | The project, which has as field of study the Architecture and Environmental Comfort, aims to develop a project for a Center of Music Teaching and Memorial of Music to the municipality of Carnaúba dos Dantas – RN (Brazil). To perform it, the beginning of the work describes about the conceptuation, history of the music and its teaching process, also about the architectural recommendations to an educational equipment and the main acoustic concepts in architecture. In addition, the features of the municipality are objects of study in order to insert well the proposed equipment, a short historic of the developed music and the meaning of this to the community is formulated. The project of the building seeks to fit in the necessities for an educational spaces including in its program a space of a Memorial. Precedents upon functional and formal aspects were studied. Such aspects oriented the development of the design desiring to achieve the best functionality. |
