Resumo:It is a fact that we live in a constant evolution of working modes throughout history, and especially in recent decades. As an example, we have corporate jobs, with intense workloads that are gaining more and more space in the productive sphere, employing thousands of people in Brazil and the rest of the world. Given this context, and taking into account the intense interference of the environment in people's lives, the purpose of this academic work arose from the question: “How can architectural elements structure a corporate work environment that enhances creativity, well-being, satisfaction and productivity of its employees?”. From the exposed context, it is proposed to develop a project of a corporate headquarters for a company with creative activities in the city of Natal-RN, based on the person-environment relationship. In addition to the ambience and main principles of neuroarchitecture, concepts of the informal and collaborative work environment were used and applied. To achieve the proposed objective, theoretical research was carried out on the conceptualizations and empirical studies, studies of direct, indirect and formal references, as well as practical observations regarding the conditions of the terrain and its surroundings. The final proposal presents a dynamic volume, developed from multiple terraces, which provide movement to the spaces, as well as the flexibility of uses from free layout, and also reserved spaces for different labor and cultural activities, in order to contribute to the quality of life of the worker in his own work environment.
