This is a research at the end of the course which has the general objective of presenting a block of activities, aimed at basic education, with Recreational Mathematics as a theoretical argument, which is suitable for elementary school students. In this basis, we have as specific objectives: to elaborate a block of activities permeated by recreational mathematics for the basic school, to present mathematics in a playful way and to analyze possible contributions of the use of playful activities and / or strategies for the learning of mathematics. The methodology was based on bibliographic references such as Piovezan and Zanardini (2008), Miguel and Miorin (2004), Martins and Picado (2014), Costa (2014) among others. A block of activities was presented containing contextualized problems with the multiplication and division operations, a memory game aimed at teaching power, percentage hunting and a puzzle involving a fraction. O presente trabalho traz como tema “Contribuições da matemática recreativa no desenvolvimento e aprendizagem escolar” onde a escolha de se trabalhar o referido surgiu a partir de experiências vivenciadas durante a graduação, as quais contribuíram para que se tenha uma matemática com ensino mais atrativo. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de conclusão de curso que tem como objetivo geral apresentar um bloco de atividades, voltado para educação básica, tendo a Matemática Recreativa como argumento teórico, sendo este adequado aos alunos do Ensino Fundamental II. Nesse embasamento, temos como os objetivos específicos: elaborar um bloco de atividades permeado pela matemática recreativa para a escola básica, apresentar a matemática de uma forma lúdica e analisar possíveis contribuições do uso de atividades e/ou estratégias lúdicas para a aprendizagem da matemática. A metodologia baseou-se em referências bibliográficas como Piovezan e Zanardini (2008), Miguel e Miorin (2004), Martins e Picado (2014), Costa (2014) dentre outras.
