Given this, throughout this work, it was intended to demonstrate and problematize a history of struggle, resistance and achievement of rights by LGBTQIAP + individuals, since the removal of homosexuality from the International Code of Diseases in 1973 (until that time was homosexualism) even the most contemporary guidelines. This work has as object of research or right of adoption by homosexual couples, and it pressures how it has structured the adoption between homosexual couples in Brazil in a conjunction of advancement of conservatism. Thus, to carry out this work, a bibliographic research was used, in order to deepen the theme and gather the requested information that served as the basis for the construction of the investigation. To understand the subject, the chosen method was the dialectical historical material, because we believe that it can analyze, decipher and apprehend the movement and the movement of reality and its contradictions, analyzing as parts in constant relation with performance, as well as understanding for beyond appearance. The basis of the work was made through debates and agendas within the professional category of social workers through the instances of representation, such as the political class using the legal frameworks around adoption between homosexual couples. Thus, we can problematize, while the result of a professional category of social workers has a political agenda of commitment to diversity, respect and rights; On the other hand, living in the political sphere was an advance of the extreme right that was organized and propagated a “conservative wave” in an attempt to remove rights won by LGBTQIAP +, through the “moral and family” discourse or what caused to estimate legislative laws. of moral and punitive nature, therefore, which are important as discussions about homoaffective rights, especially in academic study, for those who are considered to recognize, continue to claim organizational spaces and strive for an emancipatory societal project.

A temática sobre a adoção por casais homoafetivos demonstra complexidade por estar enraizada em elementos estruturais da sociabilidade capitalista. No Brasil o preconceito e discriminação contra os LGBTQIAP+ ocorrem cotidianamente. Diante disso, ao longo desse trabalho pretendeu-se demonstrar e problematizar a história de lutas, a resistência, e a conquista de direitos pelos sujeitos LGBTQIAP+, desde a retirada da homossexualidade do Código Internacional de Doenças no ano de 1973 (até esse período era chamada homossexualismo) até as pautas mais contemporâneas. Esse trabalho tem como objeto de pesquisa o direito à adoção por casais homoafetivos, e o pressuposto de como tem se estruturado a adoção entre casais homoafetivos no Brasil em uma conjuntura de avanço do conservadorismo. Dessa maneira, para a realização desse trabalho foi utilizada pesquisa bibliográfica, com objetivo de se aprofundar no tema e reunir as informações necessárias que serviram de base para a construção da investigação. Para compreendermos o assunto, o método escolhido foi o materialismo histórico dialético, pois acreditamos que com ele seja possível analisar, decifrar e apreender a dinâmica e o movimento da realidade e suas contradições, analisando as partes em constante relação com a totalidade, podendo assim, compreender para além da aparência. A fundamentação do trabalho, foi feita através de debates e pautas tanto no interior da categoria profissional de assistentes sociais por meio das instâncias de representatividade, como da classe política mediante os arcabouços legais em torno da adoção entre casais homoafetivos. Sendo assim, podemos problematizar, enquanto resultado que a categoria profissional de assistentes sociais tem construído uma agenda política de compromisso com a diversidade, o respeito e os direitos; em contrapartida, vivencia-se na esfera política um avanço da extrema direita que tem se organizado e propagado uma “onda conservadora” na tentativa de retirar direitos conquistados pelos LGBTQIAP+, por meio do discurso “da moral e da família” o que tem provocado à aprovação de legislações de cunho moralista e punitivo, portanto concluímos que são importantes as discussões em torno dos direitos homoafetivos, principalmente no âmbito acadêmico, para que esses sujeitos se reconheçam, continuem reivindicando espaços de organização e lutando em busca por um projeto societário emancipatório. 2019-12-09T19:08:10Z 2021-09-20T18:45:31Z 2019-12-09T19:08:10Z 2021-09-20T18:45:31Z 2019-11-29 bachelorThesis 2013033890 MEDEIROS, Anna Carolinne Albuquerque de.
