| Resumo: | The issue of adoption by homosexual couples demonstrates the complexity of being rooted in the elements of socially responsible society. In Brazil or prejudice and discrimination against LGBTQIAP + occur daily. Given this, throughout this work, it was intended to demonstrate and problematize a history of struggle, resistance and achievement of rights by LGBTQIAP + individuals, since the removal of homosexuality from the International Code of Diseases in 1973 (until that time was homosexualism) even the most contemporary guidelines. This work has as object of research or right of adoption by homosexual couples, and it pressures how it has structured the adoption between homosexual couples in Brazil in a conjunction of advancement of conservatism. Thus, to carry out this work, a bibliographic research was used, in order to deepen the theme and gather the requested information that served as the basis for the construction of the investigation. To understand the subject, the chosen method was the dialectical historical material, because we believe that it can analyze, decipher and apprehend the movement and the movement of reality and its contradictions, analyzing as parts in constant relation with performance, as well as understanding for beyond appearance. The basis of the work was made through debates and agendas within the professional category of social workers through the instances of representation, such as the political class using the legal frameworks around adoption between homosexual couples. Thus, we can problematize, while the result of a professional category of social workers has a political agenda of commitment to diversity, respect and rights; On the other hand, living in the political sphere was an advance of the extreme right that was organized and propagated a “conservative wave” in an attempt to remove rights won by LGBTQIAP +, through the “moral and family” discourse or what caused to estimate legislative laws. of moral and punitive nature, therefore, which are important as discussions about homoaffective rights, especially in academic study, for those who are considered to recognize, continue to claim organizational spaces and strive for an emancipatory societal project. |
