Resumo:The present work seeks to uncover the impacts that the socio-educational measure has on the rights to social reintegration in the life of the adolescent egressed from the Pitimbú Socio-educational Center in Parnamirim/RN after fulfilling a socio-educational measure of deprivation of liberty. In order to do so, the objective was to investigate and analyze the reality experienced by the graduates of the abovementioned institution of deprivation of liberty, in order to unveil the guarantee (or not) of their fundamental rights. The research was conducted through qualitative and quantitative research and was guided by the critical dialectical reference, and a bibliographical survey on the subject was made through the so-called paper sources (bibliographic and documentary research). The data were treated based on content analysis and analyzed in the light of the adopted theoretical framework. As a result, the possibilities for developing an effective social inclusion project that addresses the needs of the graduates and, above all, assist in the process of non-recurrence to the practice of new infraction acts, however, in view of the socio-educational system as articulated (or is not articulated) today, it is a fact that the service centers can not guarantee the access of these outgoing adolescents to their fundamental rights, as well as the continuous actions that are carried out - when the adolescent leaves the institution of socio-service deprivation of liberty for measure compliance in an open environment through the measurement progression - still can not be effective in the process of social reintegration.
