| Resumo: | This course completion work aimed to analyze the professional responses of social workers at the Regional Hospital Deoclécio Marques de Lucena, based on the demands met in the Social Service. The methodology adopted to carry out this work was a bibliographic and documentary review to support the arguments and analyzes, in addition to a field research with three social workers from the hospital on the reality of daily work, with the purpose of collecting data. Through a critical analysis of the data collected on the reality of the institution's Social Service professional routine, I was able to carry out a critical reflection of the entire context that involves the impediments and possibilities of carrying out the work of these professionals. In the end, I was able to conclude, in a synthetic way, that there are impediments and obstacles in the professional work of social workers who are beyond these professionals, but rather, are linked to external factors that directly affect the resourcefulness and quality of the answers given the users' demands. |
