| Resumo: | This final paper aims to analyze the political praxis of the Reference Center on Human Rights - Marcos Dionísio (CRDH-MD) to be part of the National Population Movement in a street situation in the RN. For this, the Praxis was discussed as a theoretical and practical category, seeking to apprehend it from the historical point of view and the various processes of construction and deconstruction of the term. We also sought to study the concept of praxis and movements based on the role of the CRDH-MD as a strategic space for political action with social movements, as the articulator of the political organization and social formation of MNPR with a view to Coping and prevention to the contexts of violations in contemporaneity. This work is supported by a critical theoretical framework, which provides a vision of totality, successive approximations of the movement of the real. From the methodological point of view, the adoption of dialectical historical materialism allowed to cross the human rights debate as a result of the struggle process. Thus, it consisted of the bibliographic review and analysis of documents produced by the center, as well as the mapping of the main demands of the population in the street situation. In short, a dialogue about political praxis in the dialogue with the struggle for Human Rights derives from the fact that social movements can be potentials for social transformation. |
