Their marks show every trace left by the "aggression" of time and eventualities, making evident mainly wrinkles, photo-aging spots and tissue sagging causing the appearance of aging. But to combat the marks provided by the time, Science has several preventive and remedial aesthetic resources. This study presents a qualitative and non-systematic bibliographic review based on four experimental articles to be presented by the use of diathermy caused by radiofrequency device associated with other resources, such as the topical application of vitamin C, high pulsed laser intensity, these used together with electromagnetic field and also applied by multiple needles, evaluating and comparing the efficiency of these combined techniques, focusing on one of the biggest aspects of aging, the wrinkles generated by tissue sagging. In conclusion, all clinical trials showed a relevant overall improvement for the aspect of facial skin rejuvenation, however, the study associated with the electromagnetic field obtained greater relative relevance. A pele é o maior órgão do corpo humano e o que mais reflete os efeitos da passagem do tempo. Suas marcas demonstram cada traço deixado pela ‘’agressão’’ do tempo e eventualidades, deixando evidente principalmente rugas, manchas por foto envelhecimento e a flacidez tissular, causando o aspecto de envelhecimento, mas para combater as marcas proporcionadas pelo tempo a ciência dispõe de diversos recursos estéticos preventivos e reparadores. Esse estudo, apresenta uma revisão bibliográfica de caráter qualitativo e não sistemático, realizado a partir de quatro artigos experimentais a serem apresentados pela utilização da diatermia causada pelo aparelho de radiofrequência associada a outros recursos, como a aplicação tópica de vitamina C, laser pulsado de alta intensidade, sua utilização aplicada juntamente com campo eletromagnético, e também aplicada por multe agulhas, avaliando e comparando a eficiência dessas técnicas combinadas, focando um dos maiores aspectos do envelhecimento, as rugas geradas pela flacidez tissular.
