Resumo:The objective of this work is to diagnose the organizational climate of a bar and restaurant microenterprise in Natal/RN. In the methodology, the work is characterized as a quantitative research and questionnaires were applied to company employees. The result showed positive rates in several aspects the must be maintained by the organization, among them the commitment of employees to increase productivity and company billing, freedom of communication between employees and management and the employee interest in improving the service quality. The least positive indications were team collaboration and interpersonal relationchips, they deserve special attencion so that they are minimized or even extinguished. It can be concluded that the organizational climate is important for the good functioning of the company, reflecting on the results and motivation of employees in carrying out the activities.
