Resumo:This course conclusion work had the general objective of evaluating organizational processes of the Petrobras Club in light of Social Management constructs, with the club located in the municipality of Parnamirim/RN. For this, specific objectives were developed: to describe the structure, organizational dynamics, services offered and the means of communication and partners of the club; to evaluate the perception of the employees about the organizational processes and to evaluate the presence of rationality predominates in the club. In the methodology, a descriptive, exploratory and explanatory research was conducted with a qualitative approach, and employees of the organization's staff were interviewed, as well as the club's manager and directors. With this data collected, it was assessed that the organizational processes of the Petrobras club have a greater presence of rationality in the club. As the research found it difficult to conduct an interview with the directors, it was not authorized the ASG and Lifesaver to give an interview and there was a delay in the provision of the interviews. It is suggested that the intensity scale of Serva (1996) be applied, being better structured and demonstrating the consequences of a substantive or instrumental action by category generated in an organization.
