This study aimed to analyze the perception of experts qualified in the CPTEC of the Judiciary of Rio Grande do Norte about the Image of the Expertise Center. Regarding the methodology, the research is descriptive, quantitative and qualitative in nature and presents as a research strategy the case study, based on an intentional non-probabilistic sample and data collected through an electronic questionnaire between 22th of October and 12th of November in 2019, this survey had 251 respondent experts. The results were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the use of the multiple linear regression method. As a result, it was highlighted that the perception about the attributes that make up the image of the Expertise Nucleus differ according to the specialty and is influenced by the time the expert works with the sector. In addition, it was noted that the registered experts maintain an emotional and affective relationship with the Center. To further studies, it is suggested to stratify the perception according to all registered specialties and thus understand how each strategic audience perceives it. A imagem é considerada um instrumento competitivo quando as organizações, sejam elas públicas ou privadas, identificam como os usuários a percebem, e com isso, desenvolvem estratégias que atendam a essas expectativas. Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar a percepção dos peritos habilitados no CPTEC do Poder Judiciário do Rio Grande do Norte acerca da Imagem do Núcleo de Perícias. Quanto a metodologia a pesquisa é do tipo descritiva, de natureza quantitativa e qualitativa e apresenta como estratégia de pesquisa o estudo de caso, com base em uma amostra não probabilística intencional e coletas de dados realizadas por meio de questionário eletrônico no período de 22 de outubro a 12 de novembro de 2019, esta pesquisa contou com 251 peritos respondentes. Os resultados foram analisados por meio de recursos da estatística descritiva e a utilização do método de regressão linear múltipla. Como resultado, destacou-se que a percepção acerca dos atributos que compõe a imagem do Núcleo de Perícias divergem de acordo com a especialidade e é influenciada pelo tempo de atuação do perito junto ao setor. Além disso, percebeu-se que os peritos cadastrados mantém uma relação emocional e afetiva com o Núcleo.
