Resumo:The main point of the recent study was analyze the perspective of the consumption of travel/tourism special deals of “natalenses” in the context of the pandemic COVID-19. To achieve the main point of this study consists of analyzing the condition factors of consumption of tourism deals against the pandemic scenario of COVID-19. Techniques of a descriptive nature were used through a quantitative approach by a questionnaire application with support of guided interviews by an online script. According to the interviews, were analyzed that the conditioning factors for the consumption of travel/ tourism deals against the pandemic COVID-19 scenario were: attitude, subjective norm, behavioral control noticed, trust in the company, fear of infection and transmission and feeling of insecurity. Based on the results of the questionnaires, correlations were perceived between such factors from the perceived result, it was suggested that the research result can be improved due to the realization of new future tests related to the theme.
