Nowadays, companies find it very difficult to keep up with the restrictive measures imposed by science. Looking at this issue, the research methodology is characterized as a qualitative study in which the business manager and 2 collaborators were interviewed. For data analysis, the content analysis technique was used. The main results pointed to the urgent use of delivery, in order not to drop as sales, in addition to promoting on social networks. The determination and the need to reinvent itself in order to keep the company on its feet is preventing the company from closing in this crisis. It was concluded that the manager and the collaborators reformulated a way of selling the company to maintain sales and customers. Esse trabalho tem como objetivo analisar os impactos da pandemia na microempresa Neide Tortas e Bolos, mais especificamente, numa loja de bolos. Atualmente as empresas tem tido muita dificuldade em se manter com as medidas restritivas necessárias e impostas pela ciência. Vislumbrando esse assunto, a metodologia da pesquisa se caracteriza como um estudo qualitativo onde foram entrevistadas a gestora do negócio e 2 colaboradoras. Para a análise dos dados foi usada à técnica de análise de conteúdo. Os principais resultados apontaram para o uso urgente do delivery, para não cair as vendas, além de realizar várias promoções nas redes sociais. A determinação e a necessidade de que se reinventasse para manter a empresa em “pé” está fazendo com que a empresa não feche nessa crise.
