Resumo: | This work aims to analyze the impacts of the pandemic on the micro company Neide Tortas e Bolos, more specifically, in a cake shop. Nowadays, companies find it very difficult to keep up with the restrictive measures imposed by science. Looking at this issue, the research methodology is characterized as a qualitative study in which the business manager and 2 collaborators were interviewed. For data analysis, the content analysis technique was used. The main results pointed to the urgent use of delivery, in order not to drop as sales, in addition to promoting on social networks. The determination and the need to reinvent itself in order to keep the company on its feet is preventing the company from closing in this crisis. It was concluded that the manager and the collaborators reformulated a way of selling the company to maintain sales and customers. |
