Resumo:The way a company sees how it can maximize its profit, achieve better results and the efficiency of processes brings with its internal improvements in the organization that seeks continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Thus, the present study aimed to map and standardize the operational processes of the Financial and Programming sectors of Velty Tecnologia, through Bizagi Modeler, but also with the aid of the BPM (Business Processes Management) methodology. The research carried out is characterized as an applied research, since it aims to contribute to practical purposes, seeking the solution of a problem. As for the objectives, it is a descriptive study because it describes the problems of a given population. The approach of the research is qualitative, since it had direct and prolonged contact of the researcher with the environment and situation studied. In what concerns the results obtained with the research, the general and specific objectives of the work, initially proposed, were achieved with success. On this same perspective it was possible to identify the problems to be solved and the proposed improvements.
