| Resumo: | In view of the fact that parity between the genders is being increasingly discussed in society so that it can be achieved equal opportunities not only under the laws but in all scenarios lived by each individual at this point of departure search about the woman, in order tô know what are the challengers that the final students of the administration course of the ufrn have already attributed in their professional and personal Life,in the condition of their feminine gender. For this , it is necessary to draw the profile of the final students of the graduation course um administration of UFRN , to apprise the insertion of women in the labor Market and identify the challengers faced by theses students in the labor Market and personal Life for the performance of the duties. Is performed an exploratory-descriptive research with a quantitative approach trough a case study as a research plan. Faced with this ,it is verified that even at the beginning pé their professional activities,the challenges faced by women in the labor Market who try to reconcile the professional run with their day to day trough all the activities that are atributed to them and even in the face of a new scenario,they must deal with visible and invisible barriers like the glass ceiling ,which imposes the fact that they still do through an increasing evolution of women towards society,until then they face great obstacles constructed their feminine figure. |
