| Resumo: | The objective of this research is to analyze issues related to resistance to change. In the current extremely competitive economic scenario companies that do not update themselves and do not use information systems to manage their businesses, become obsolete, and often close their activities for not updating themselves. The emergence of IT simplified operations that made life easier for everyone. As progress in this area is very rapid, it is necessary for companies to adapt to the new administrative routines associated with information systems. In this way they optimize their time by collecting more accurate and faster information. However business managers need to know the ideal time to make this comma change in view that involves economic and human factors. Every change generates discomfort in people, and it is on this subject that this dissertation disserates. The results suggest that there is a high resistance to organizational changes proposed by the organization, which has a traditional and conservative culture. From the moment they implement changes, female officials are afraid of losing control of their tasks, and feel threatened. The methodology used will be through bibliographical research, questionnaires, and interview with the manager of the associação atlética banco do brasil. |
