| Resumo: | This work versa about a theme fundamental for a use of the territory that promote social
justice and quality of life: basic sanitation, more specifically, the solid waste and their
central actor in Brazil, the waste collector of recyclable. For this an analysis
predominantly theoretical about de Nacional Plan of Basic Sanitation and the Nacional
Plan of Solid Waste, emphasizing the function of planning, saw as a form of a technical
action that those politics can bring, and on an analysis more empirical, by means of work
on field with interviews half structured with waste collector of recyclable on district of
Nova Parnamirim, in Parnamirim, bringing aspects socioeconomics and of the use of
territory. As a conclusion we come to understanding that exist a great heterogeneity
among those individuals in many aspects and structural changes in quality of life of waste
collector of recyclable can possible only by a long constitution of cooperatives or
associations, something still distant. The propose saw as more palpable for helping the
promotion of efficiency on work of this class is invest on acts that help the increase the
separation of solid waste, notably in condominiums, greatly dispersed in this district. |
