Resumo:Considering the alternative character of solidary experiences based on self-management and cooperation that promote a break in the paradigm of the dominant model, we understand Solidarity Economy as a social movement based on a new perspective of work and income, which differs from the dominant logic of capitalist market. Solidarity logic inserts itself in the territory in a different way, modifying its use. On the one hand, the big companies, allied to the State, and on the other, the solidarity economy enterprises that seek, through resistance actions, to reproduce themselves in the face of the adversities encountered. That said, this paper will understand how the use of the territory by the Xique-Xique Network in the state of Rio Grande do Norte takes place and how this venture specializes in the state of Rio Grande do Norte. And also, understand the topology of the Xique-Xique Network, understand how the public policies in solidarity economy are reflected in the territory, and analzy the counter-hegemonic Cooperation Circle constituted from solidarity practices. From this perspective, the work was based on the bibliographic research of authors who discuss the theme, as well as on field activity, fundamental to geographical research. With this study, we identified some peculiarities regarding the National Policy for Solidarity Economy (PNES), due to the fact that it presents contradictory policies in Rio Grande do Norte. This is because the uneven land structure of the state was further intensified and deepened, by favoring the old oligarchies by not inserting the vectors of emancipation, autonomy and freedom, a fact that conditioned the enterprises to control and marginalization mechanisms, so as to be subordination of associated farmers was maintained. In addition, we realize the strength of the Xique-Xique Network in the context of the Potiguar Solidarity Economy, as it is one of the best structured solidarity enterprises in the state, with reproductive logics that align strongly with the solidarity principles. Thus, we conclude that the creation of this type of enterprise is a viable alternative for workers against the adversities of the capitalist system
