| Resumo: | The present work deals with the question of the social vulnerability in the field, from the analysis of the reality of the Trangola Community, located in the city of Currais Novos. It was prioritized to understand the influence of the internal and external 0 variable to the place and to evaluate, the degree of social vulnerability of the agricultural community. For in such a way, field work was carried through, with visits in leases for the comment of the dynamics local and for the application of questionnaire, for characterization of the social and economic conditions, necessary for the analysis of the Index of Social vulnerability of the inhabitants of the community. From this, one searched to understand as the place influenced and still it influences in the social vulnerability of the habitants, and what it becomes the affective relation of the people with the so strong place, that exactly with little favorable conditions for the permanence the inhabitants persist in continuing there. From the reflections developed after the accomplishment of the activities of field and the systematization of the data collected with the application of the questionnaire, were gotten as the final result that is the Index of Social Vulnerability of the Community, that was calculated from the adaptation of the methodology of Atlases of the Social Vulnerability in the Brazilian Cities, published for the IPEA. With the accomplishment of the research it can be contacted that the IVS of the Trangola Community more is raised than of the city of Currais Novos. However, exactly ahead of this reality, the majority of the in habitants does not have the intention to leave the community, what it can be attributed to the linking that exactly has with the place. |
