| Resumo: | This research approaches dance creation procedures from experience with dreams. It presents as theoretical reference the investigations of nature of the psyche of the doctor Carl Gustav Jung (1875-1961), founder of analytical psychology. The objective of this work is to promote creative impulses from dreams, understanding active imagination, therapeutic approach created by Jung, as a procedure for creation in dance associated with meditation and improvisation. The methodology developed brought to the dancers, through the Hero of a Thousand Dreams process a global and harmonious experience of themselves. It could be reported that the stimuli of dreams, of the words that reinforced them, provided moments of active imagination, to evoke inner images with creative effect. The present work is justified by developing a symbolic-facilitating content to indirectly face the archetypal transition journey. |
