Ideally, the detection and treatment of incidents should occur in the shortest time possible, as defined by SLA. Among the several factors that collaborate to meet the times defined in a SLA, as the total volume of calls in service, and the existence of well-defined procedures, one of the most notable is the assurance that the actual configuration of the assets is as specified in the documentation maintained by the TIC team. This guarantee is required for all types of assets, and especially for switches, because they do not usually change frequently, are often managed by different TIC people/teams. The proposal of this work is the creation of a system of monitoring configurations, to support ITIL practices and processes, assisting in the discovery of incidents resulting from erroneous or unauthorized configurations in network assets. The solution development is based on a template that makes use of RESTfull webservices, as well as the SNMP protocol. A detecção de incidentes em redes não é uma tarefa simples, principalmente em redes de médio e grande porte, de modo que o papel de detectar e solucionar problemas fica a cargo de funcionários especializados. Idealmente, a detecção e o tratamento dos incidentes devem ocorrer no menor intervalo de tempo possível, conforme pré-estabelecido pelos Acordos de Nível de Serviço (ANS). Entre os diversos fatores que colaboram para o atendimento dos tempos definidos em um ANS, como o volume total de chamados em atendimento, e a existência de procedimentos bem definidos, um dos que merecem destaque é a garantia de que a configuração real dos ativos está de acordo com o especificado na documentação mantida pela equipe de TIC. Tal garantia é necessária para todos os tipos de ativos, e em especial para os switches, pois embora tipicamente não sofram alterações tão frequentemente, muitas vezes são gerenciados por pessoas/equipes de TIC diferentes. A proposta deste trabalho é a confecção de um sistema de monitoramento de configurações, que apoia as práticas e processos ITIL, ajudando na descoberta de incidentes decorrentes de configurações errôneas ou não autorizadas em ativos de redes.
