Resumo: | Security on the campus of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte has been a growing challenge over the years. The increasing number of students and campus staff, the smaller number of security guards and vehicles than the ideal and mainly poor internal organization are the biggest challenges. Currently, the dispatch of occurrences is done by radio, which has limitation in scope and sound quality, and the reports are generated from spreadsheets and text documents that have the occurrence data. The problem then is how to make security more efficient in your operations and internally using the few available resources. Given the identified problem and factors such as well developed mobile technology and more affordable mobile broadband connection came the idea of Campus Insurance. Campus Seguro is a system for managing and issuing occurrences for mobile platforms (Android and IOS) and for web. In order to achieve the objectives of this work, a research was carried out with the members of the Security and Assets Division (DSP) of UFRN in order to understand the business rules used by them and also to survey requirements for the system. Based on the knowledge raised, the first version of Campus Seguro was specified, modeled, implemented and tested. Finally, from an evaluation one can measure how effective the system is. |
