Resumo:Introduction: Measuring the range of motion of a joint is an essential component in physical therapy evaluation. Some instruments, such as manual goniometry and computerized photogrammetry, have been used for their measurement, they must be reliable, valid and easy to handle. Objective: To analyze the inter-rater and inter-rater reliability of Q-angle and subtalar pronation measurements using manual goniometry (GM) and computerized photogrammetry (HR). Methods: The sample consisted of 80 asymptomatic female volunteers, aged 18 to 35 years old. Two evaluators participated in the research (AV1 and AV2) and the evaluation consisted of four sequential steps, which were performed individually by each evaluator. These include the marking of anatomical and reference points, the measurement and recording of goniometry, the registration of the volunteer's image with the markings attached to the body and the evaluation of the image by SAPO Software. The intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) was calculated, considering a significance level of 5%. Results: The ICC tests for inter-rater measurements showed a regular correlation for HR in both bipodal and weak for the unipodal support complexes, repeated when goniometry was evaluated for subtalar pronation. When the test for comparing the instruments was performed, the ICC was regular on both supports. Conclusion: This study concluded that there is regular reliability in Q-angle and subtalar pronation measurements, in bipodal support, through HR and GM, and between the instruments in both supports in the evaluation of the subtalar joint.
