Resumo:Rheumatic diseases are among the oldest and most disabling diseases in clinical practice, representing a significant increase in morbidity rates in developed countries. In Brazil, rheumatic diseases are the second cause of health care benefits expended on the population, so the importance of correctly diagnosing rheumatic diseases in order to conduct the treatment correctly. With the thought of facilitating, providing relevant, quality and evidence-based information to the treatment professional, building a concept map is a great help. The objective 8 of this study was to review in the databases the latest scientific evidence on the physiotherapeutic treatment of rheumatic diseases. An integrative review of scientific works was carried out and its identification was made through a bibliographical search in six databases of international recognition, which cover content in the areas of Health Science. Initially, a systematic, sequential search was carried out in the PubMed, LILACS, Medline, SciELO, Scopus and PEDro. From these searches the concept of conceptual map was used as a tool to direct and give organization the main variables of the rheumatological treatment, 10 axes were used that were distributed around the main axis "rheumatological treatment" so that it did not express the idea of hierarchization of the treatments that can be used, concluding that the construction of a conceptual map can be used for the teaching-learning process, besides serving as a north for professionals and students to use in order to draw their goals of care.
