| Resumo: | The research aimed a serie podcast creation splitted in 3 episodes and shows in each one the struggle and daily routine of three women from Rio Grande do Norte, with journalism bachellor degree, all of them acting and commanding communication counseling in Natal and metropolitan region. Women over 30 years old that had experienced uncertainty and questions provided by the journalism course, with labour market experience in which a moment of their lives reached a position with formal jobs wouldn’t be as they’ve thought. From the overview around communication importance specially inside the pandemic context, this term paper Was based on a exploratory research with aproximate character according to Gil (2008), that had as goal aquire a general vision And identification of some acting aspects of the interviewed people, interview techiniques with Medina content analysis (1995). The creation of podcast directed to people related to communication area, speacially journalism, composed mainly of female gender and ongoing studying and/or acting in This field, with interest in female communication enterpreneurship theme.
