Resumo:The work aims to present an account of experience experienced in theory class and recorder in a project linked to the band music of Crosshead-RN. How methodology semi-structured interviews was used with students, teachers and monitors the project. To enrich the reflection will take comments from professionals in the field as Lima (2005) Guanais (2006) Galvão (1998). Among the bibliographic materials were analyzed: articles, reportage, methods and scholarly works. To get a panorama that appears wider, expose the lines of some participants to identify their impressions about the importance of the lessons and how learning was significant in their lives. A more broadly, is alsodiscussed as a teaching tool that provides and trains the individual making the dialogue knowledgeat its most open, IE, transdisciplinary. However, without straying from its central goal: teaching music through the recorder.
