Resumo:The aim of this paper is presents considerations of experience in music education outside the classroom, with the choral singing, using an interdisciplinary educational practice that served as the basis for an education union of several fields of knowledge, technical training, singing in groups, as well as training the individual for life, and assist in the establishment of critical musicians, able to provide feedback and contribute to music education. A search of literature on the regency coral, technical education for choir, music history, interdisciplinary, education, and music education. The methodology has as its principle, the practice attached to the theory by observing the reality of individuals, directly linked to the educational process. As a result the choristers have developed skills in group practice, and increased their knowledge in music education and choral performance.
