Reflecting The Construction Of musical spectacles through the collaborative process, how it happens and the perspective of its participants about this process. I felt the need to investigate what those contributions and influences brought by the practices and other participants in the group. In order to carry out this research, I interviewed my colleagues and, in analyzing their speeches, I understood that interdisciplinary, performance, self-affirmation and professionalism emerged as important aspects of their growth in parallel with my individual. Este trabalho de monografia trata das contribuições e influências do Teatro Musical na vida de seus participantes relatando uma experiência vivida na Companhia Livre de Teatro Musical - CLTM. A motivação inicial do mesmo surgiu a partir da minha experiência vivida dentro desta Companhia. Refletindo sobre a construção de espetáculos musicais através do processo colaborativo, como ele acontece e a perspectiva de seus participantes acerca desse processo, senti a necessidade de investigar quais eram essas contribuições e influências trazidas pelas práticas musicais e artísticas vividas por mim e por mais seis participantes do grupo.
