The objective of this study is to report the experience lived by multiprofessional residents in Primary Care in the construction of the I Regional Forum for the Prevention of Unintentional Pregnancy in Adolescence, held for the municipalities of the IV health region of Rio Grande do Norte (RN). This is a descriptive study, an experience report. The active and creative participation of the Multiprofessional Residency in this event was of great relevance, with significant contributions in the debates regarding the challenges involving unintended teenage pregnancies pointed out by the professionals present. It appears that the Forum promoted awareness and awareness of those present about the magnitude of the current situation and the biological, social and economic impacts associated with teenage pregnancy, reinforcing the need to carry out intersectoral work in the municipalities, in addition, it was considered enriching in the training of health professionals resident in the Multiprofessional Residency Program in Primary Care the active collaboration in the realization of this unique meeting for the IV health region of RN A gravidez não planejada durante a adolescência constitui um acontecimento preocupante, principalmente nos países em desenvolvimento, representando um problema de saúde pública na atualidade. O objetivo deste estudo é relatar a experiência vivenciada por residentes multiprofissionais em Atenção Básica na construção do I Fórum Regional de Prevenção a Gravidez Não Intencional na Adolescência, realizado para os municípios da IV região de saúde do Rio Grande do Norte(RN). Trata-se de estudo descritivo, do tipo relato de experiência. A participação ativa e criativa da Residência Multiprofissional nesse evento foi de grande relevância, com contribuições significativas nos debates no tocante aos desafios que envolvem a gravidez não intencional na adolescência apontados pelos profissionais presentes. Verifica-se que o Fórum promoveu sensibilização e conscientização dos presentes sobre a magnitude da situação atual e os impactos biológicos, sociais e econômicos associados à gravidez na adolescência, reforçando-se a necessidade de realizar-se um trabalho intersetorial nos municípios, além disso, foi considerado enriquecedor na formação dos profissionais de saúde residentes do Programa de Residência Multiprofissional em Atenção Básica a colaboração ativa na realização desse encontro ímpar para a IV região de saúde do RN 2021-07-26T11:19:18Z 2021-07-26T11:19:18Z 2020 bookPart SOUZA, Cassia Virgínia de et al.
