description The development and application of innovative technologies are shaping the fourth industrial revolution, known as Industry 4.0. These technologies enable greater productivity, flexibility and adaptability in the manufacturing and service processes, in addition to a closer relationship with customers. The energy sector follows this evolution and uses the concepts of Industry 4.0 in its processes, in search of a continuous flow of information for the operation, control and maintenance control. The objective of the work is to make a diagnosis about the technologies of industry 4.0 in the service companies of the wind sector in the state of Rio Grande do Norte - RN. A systematic bibliographic review on “Industry 4.0” was carried out in the Scopus and Web of Science databases, indicating the tools used in the companies, correlating them with the wind energy theme. The research is exploratory in nature and has a quali-quanti approach. A questionnaire with 26 companies that operate in RN was informed, identifying the current situation of the use of technologies in industry 4.0 in service companies in the wind sector to carry out a diagnosis in order to contribute to the improvement of the sector in the researched region. The results discussed in the literature indicate that the technologies of industry 4.0 most frequently discussed are the tools of Big Data, IoT and CPS. In the wind energy sector, the main areas of application for technologies in industry 4.0 are management, monitoring and control and maintenance. The results of the research identify that the studied companies use the technologies of industry 4.0, however there is an underutilization of the capacity of the tools. It was also identified that the companies studied are in a process of adapting technologies internally to make greater use of their potential. Finally, this research will enable companies to critically analyze their current structure and plan the implementation and development of technologies in industry 4.0, assisting in their decisions, especially in investments.

O desenvolvimento e a aplicação de tecnologias inovadoras estão moldando a quarta revolução industrial, conhecida como Indústria 4.0. Essas tecnologias possibilitam uma maior produtividade, flexibilidade e adaptabilidade nos processos da manufatura e de serviços, além de um relacionamento mais próximo com os clientes. O setor de energia acompanha essa evolução e utiliza os conceitos da Indústria 4.0 em seus processos, na busca de um fluxo de informação contínuo para operação, controle e manutenção confiáveis. O objetivo deste trabalho é realizar um diagnóstico acerca das tecnologias da indústria 4.0 nas empresas de serviços do setor eólico no estado do Rio Grande do Norte - RN. Foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica sistemática sobre a “Indústria 4.0” nas bases de dados Scopus e Web of Science indicando as ferramentas utilizadas nas empresas, correlacionando-as com a temática de energia eólica. A pesquisa é de natureza exploratória e abordagem quali-quanti. Foi aplicado um questionário com 26 empresas que atuam no RN, identificando a atual situação do uso das tecnologias da indústria 4.0 nas empresas de serviço do setor eólico para realização de um diagnóstico com o intuito de contribuir para a melhoria do setor na região pesquisada. Os resultados discutidos na literatura indicam que as tecnologias da indústria 4.0 mais frequentemente discutidas são as ferramentas de Big Data, IoT e CPS. No setor de energia eólica, as principais áreas de aplicação das tecnologias da indústria 4.0 são na gestão, monitoramento e controle e manutenção. Os resultados da pesquisa identificam que as empresas estudadas utilizam as tecnologias da indústria 4.0, porém ocorre uma subutilização da capacidade das ferramentas. Identificou-se ainda que as empresas estudadas estão em um processo de adaptação das tecnologias internamente para maior utilização das suas potencialidades.
