The present work aimed to analyze the life trajectories of the adolescents interned at Centro Educacional Pitimbu - CEDUC Pitimbu - in the city of Parnamirim / RN, understanding how the links between these trajectories and factions. The data were analyzed from a critical perspective, in the light of historical and dialectical materialism. The results produced show the first signs of the emergence of the factions in the cities of Natal-RN and Parnanamirim-RN, through the relationship with the organized fans (Garra and Mafia) and with a type of individual, novices from the neighborhood, São Paulo accent, tattooed, angry and who walked in groups. These facts show the insertion of these groups in the RN, proximity and admission, as well as the intensification of the conflict in the socio-educational unit. The terrible relationship between adolescents would be motivated by the group differences that originated in the domination of territories in the monopoly disputes of drug trafficking. Adolescents would carry with them the historical legacy of the conflict, stimulated by the neighborhood in which they live, and which is taken into the unit. Living in a certain neighborhood is a condition for joining a faction. Are compulsory affiliations. We also identified that the adolescent from the socio-educational system, their life trajectory is under the influence of social actors, the State, the church faction. The relationships between these actors are not in conflict with each other, but influences that follow through the intertwining of disciplinary devices, in the "pruning" of deviant behaviors. The data also show the ways of acting by the state security forces in the communities of RN, as instruments of poverty management through the new forms of governance of contemporary capitalism. The Mosquito community has a theoretical reference in the State of Permanent Exception, policies of letting die, which address the young, black and poor through the meanings of the criminalization of blackness and poverty. These young people to whom lethality is most strongly affected are the homo sacer, the unworthy of life.

Percebemos o impacto do conflito desses grupos na gestão das unidades e nos adolescentes, por meio de marcas identitárias de pertencimento. Por se tratar de um fenômeno recente no estado, o presente trabalho buscou analisar as trajetórias de vida dos adolescentes internos do Centro Educacional Pitimbu – CEDUC Pitimbu – na cidade de Parnamirim/RN, entendendo como se dá as vinculações dessas trajetórias com as facções. Os dados foram analisados a partir de uma perspectiva crítica, à luz do materialismo histórico e dialético. Os resultados produzidos dão conta de apresentar os primeiros indícios de surgimento das facções em territórios das cidades de NatalRN e Parnanamirim-RN, que se dá na estreita relação com as torcidas organizadas (Garra e Máfia) e na presença de um tipo específico de indivíduo, caracterizado como novatos do bairro, com sotaque paulista, tatuados, zangados e que andavam em grupos. Esses fatos nos dão pistas para refletir sobre a inserção desses grupos no RN, como facilitadores da apróximação e ingresso de adolescentes, como também do acirramento do conflito na unidade socioeducativa. A péssima relação entre os adolescentes internos se motivaria pelas diferenças grupais originárias pelo domínio dos territórios nas disputas do monopólio do tráfico de drogas. Os adolescentes carregariam consigo a herança histórica do conflito, estimulada pelo bairro em que residem, e que é levada para dentro da unidade. O fato de residir em determinado bairro já seria condição suficiente para filia-lo a uma facção. A isso demos o nome de filações compulsórias. Pudemos identificar que esse adolescente que passa pelo sistema socioeducativo a sua trajetória de vida está sob a influência dos atores socais, o Estado, a facção eigreja. Observamos que as relações entre esses atores não é conflituosa entre si, mas influências que se sucedem por meio do entrelaçamento de dispositivos disciplinares, no “podamento” dos comportamentos desviantes. O dados mostram também as formas de agir das forças de segurança do estado nas comunidades do RN, como instrumentos da gestão da pobreza face às novas formas de governabilidade do capitalismo contemporâneo. O contexto da comunidade do Mosquito encontra base nos constructos teóricos do Estado de Exceção permanente, nas políticas do deixar morrer, que se dirigem ao jovem, negro e pobre perpassado pelas significações da criminalização da negritude e pobreza.
