The gender debate has increasingly entered the theoretical and practical field of the
Psychiatric Reform, with the deconstruction of gender, race and class inequalities being
understood as a fundamental process for the implementation of a psychosocial model of
care. Considering violence against women as a manifestation of these inequalities and a
very prevalent phenomenon in society, the present work aimed to analyze the professional
practices on mental health care for women in situations of violence, together with
Psychosocial Care Center II workers in a city in the interior of Rio Grande do Norte and
from a gender perspective. To this end, we opted for an intervention research, with a
qualitative approach, based on the theoretical and methodological support of Institutional
Socioclinics, and with gender as a category of analysis. The activities with the
Psychosocial Care Center professionals took place between May of 2019 and October of
2020. The data were produced from three instruments: group meetings, individual
interviews and research diary. 07 individual interviews and 05 group meetings were held
- 04 of them at the service and 01 remote (online). In a systematic way, 03 out of the 05
group meetings were dedicated to collectively analyzing with the professionals the data
from the other group meetings and individual interviews (restitution). The research diary
was written by the author of this work based on the moments experienced in the service
and also in the planning/orientation meetings. The results were organized based on the
analysis of the implications, but they also included other principles of Institutional
Socioclinics, such as order and demand analysis, analyst work and attention to
institutional contexts and interference. The analysis of the professional implications with
the academic-scientific institution, the professional groups and mental health became
necessary in the process of analyzing the professional implications with the gender
institution. These analyzes were divided into topics by institution although in practice,
these issues do not dissociate. We observed that gender relations and power structures at
the Psychosocial Care Center are revealed in multiple ways: in the relational and
functional structure of the staff, in the stereotyped approach of users both in relation to
madness and gender roles, in the invisibility of violence against women, among others.
When not taken into account, these relationships cross subjects and practices, making it
difficult to overcome problems. The analysis work acted in order to unveil these gender
relations and remove violence from the dimension of the unsaid in the service, but also to
reflect on other institutional interferences - the instituted forms of care, the mental health
conceptions and the process management of work. The tension between discourses and
practices has pointed to the creation of instituting forces, resulting from the interventionresearch movement itself. The possibility of education in/through work demonstrates the
potential of the analytical devices to develop Permanent Health Education, which is
consistent with the socioclinical principle of knowledge production during the
intervention. |

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPES O debate de gênero tem adentrado cada vez mais o campo teórico e prático da Reforma Psiquiátrica, sendo a desconstrução das desigualdades de gênero, raça e classe entendida como um processo fundamental para a concretização de um modelo psicossocial de cuidado. Considerando as violências contra as mulheres como uma manifestação dessas desigualdades e um fenômeno muito prevalente na sociedade, o presente trabalho teve por objetivo geral analisar as práticas profissionais no cuidado em saúde mental às mulheres em situação de violência, junto aos trabalhadores do Centro de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPS) II de uma cidade do interior do Rio Grande do Norte e sob uma perspectiva de gênero. Para tanto, optamos pela pesquisa-intervenção, de abordagem qualitativa, a partir do referencial teórico metodológico da Socioclínica Instituicional e do gênero como categoria de análise. As atividades junto aos profissionais do CAPS aconteceram entre maio do ano de 2019 e outubro de 2020. Os dados foram produzidos a partir de três instrumentos: rodas de conversa, entrevistas individuais e diário de pesquisa. Foram realizadas 07 entrevistas individuais e 05 rodas de conversa – sendo 04 presenciais e 01 remota (online). De forma sistematizada, 03 das 05 rodas de conversa foram dedicadas a analisar coletivamente com os profissionais os dados oriundos das demais rodas de conversa e entrevistas individuais (restituição). O diário de pesquisa foi escrito pela autora deste trabalho com base nos momentos vivenciados no serviço e também nas reuniões de planejamento/orientação. Os resultados foram organizados a partir da análise das implicações, mas também contemplaram outros princípios da Socioclínica Institucional, como a análise da encomenda e da demanda, trabalho dos analisadores e atenção aos contextos e interferências institucionais. A análise das implicações profissionais com a instituição acadêmico-científica, os núcleos profissionais e a saúde mental fizeram-se necessárias no processo de análise das implicações profissionais com a instituição gênero. Essas análises foram divididas em tópicos por instituição apesar de, na prática, essas questões não se dissociarem. Observamos que as relações de gênero e estruturas de poder no CAPS se revelam de múltiplas formas: na estrutura relacional e funcional da equipe, na abordagem estereotipada dos usuários tanto em relação à loucura quanto aos papeis de gênero, na invisibilidade das violências contra as mulheres, entre outras. Quando não levadas em consideração, essas relações atravessam os sujeitos e as práticas, inviabilizando a superação dos problemas. O trabalho de análise atuou de forma a desvelar essas relações de gênero e retirar as violências da dimensão do não dito no serviço, mas também para refletir sobre outras interferências institucionais – os modos instituídos de cuidado, as concepções de saúde mental e a gestão do processo de trabalho. O tensionamento entre discursos e práticas tem apontado para a criação de forças instituintes, resultantes do próprio movimento da pesquisa-intervenção.
